The worst one near me, yep I'm taking this seriously, as a sign on an interchange between two highways. It dumps you into the left lane and the sign says not to exit on Ottawa, which is a quarter mile on the right. It definitely could create dangerous situations, but not taking it makes it take sooo much longer to get home, so I am always torn, lol.
